The All Blacks were tremendous on the weekend, but it amazes me that so many people are completely writing off the French for this weekend’s final. Sure the AB’s should and probably will win, but upsets in major sporting events are not a new phenomenon. Let alone rugby games between New Zealand and France! So shouldn’t we give the Cheese-eaters a little bit of a chance!!!!!!??????

Prior to the tournament I predicted the All Blacks would win the final by 31 points. But as we’ve seen previously a bounce of the ball, a few bad calls by the ref and a couple of injuries can turn a match on its head. France have been awful this World Cup and they’re in the final. If they play well we will be in for one hell of a game and I’m predicting a huge performance from Les Bleus. I still think the boys from NZ will win as they’ve got too much talent across the park. I’ll be happy with a one point victory.
Lastly I would like to publicly thank Henry Bates for coining the phrase “Code Boner” of which I certainly have one for this final match. I hope you do as well. Even if you’re a girl.
